Product Details
Performance and Applications
This product is an efficient liquid anti-scaling/dispersant used to control scaling caused by the precipitation of silicates, carbonates, sulfates, and iron oxides in membrane separation systems. It can effectively control the scaling of silica, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and strontium sulfate. It has sufficient dispersing ability to disperse blocking particles on the membrane surface; suitable for all major membranes; effective over a wide range of feed water pH; compatible with aluminum and iron oxides in the feed water; can be added directly or diluted. Suitable for different water sources. Using this anti-scaling/dispersant can extend the system cleaning cycle, prolong membrane life, and reduce operating costs.
It is particularly important to note that if the raw water contains a high amount of Si, long-term operation can lead to the deposition of Si on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane, causing contamination. Using this anti-scaling/dispersant can extend the system cleaning cycle, prolong membrane life, and reduce operating costs.

Usage Instructions
Injection Point: To achieve maximum effectiveness, it is best to add before the mixer or security filter.
Dosage: Calculate a reference dosage based on the salinity, temperature, and recovery rate of the feed water, and then determine a suitable dosage based on specific water system conditions.
Dilution: Can be added directly or diluted, dilution should use RO product water or desalinated water, and the dilution ratio should not exceed 10.
