Product Introduction
This product is mainly used as a polishing additive for crystalline silicon solar cells, capable of preventing alkali corrosion of the silicon wafer's front silicon dioxide, thereby protecting the PN junction on the front of the silicon wafer, improving the flatness of the back of the solar cell, achieving a good polishing effect on the back, enhancing the passivation effect, and thus improving the conversion efficiency of solar cells. This product has a wide process window, is free of nitrogen and phosphorus, and does not contain easily volatile and toxic substances such as low-carbon alcohols.

Usage Instructions
Add 1~3% polishing additive by volume in the reagent tank, stabilize the temperature at 70℃, and replenish 1.5mL for each batch according to the volume of the reagent tank. The amount of polishing agent can be adjusted based on on-site usage.
Storage and Packaging
◎ This product is non-toxic and non-hazardous, with a shelf life of twelve months;
◎ Store sealed in a ventilated, cool, and dry place;
◎ Packaged in 1kg plastic bottles, 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg drums, or as per customer requirements.
