Product Features

　　This product is a copolymer of high molecular weight polyacrylamide, which contains a certain number of polar groups in its molecular chain. It can adsorb solid substances and charged particles suspended in phosphoric acid, bridging the particles or causing them to coagulate into large flocs that settle down through charge neutralization. After adding a settling agent in the filtration process, the settling speed of acid residues in phosphoric acid can be accelerated, making it easier to filter phosphoric acid; adding a settling agent in the concentrated acid storage tank can reduce the residence time of concentrated acid in the tank, lower the solid content in concentrated acid, and increase the load of the device. This product is mainly used in the flotation, filtration, and settling processes in phosphate fertilizer production.

Usage Method

　　1. Prepare the stock solution: It is best to use deionized water for preparation, with a recommended concentration of 0.1-0.2%. Stir at a speed of 100 rpm in the dissolving tank to dissolve and prepare for use.

　　2. Continuous addition: Transfer the stock solution to the dosing tank, open the metering pump, and calculate the dosing flow based on the water volume. Allow the agent to be continuously injected.
